Overall layout of the machine
The front, rear, left and right, and up and down axes are all operated automatically. The feed value and feed times can be preset and the machine will stop automatically after the work is completed.
High rigidity casting body
The casting body has been analyzed and calculated by finite element method, and the column is designed with honeycomb reinforcement, which has excellent rigidity.
Fully supported working table structure
The working table adopts fully supported box guideway structure, combined with hand scraping, to ensure stable motion and grinding precision.
Independent hydraulic system
Single-cylinder drive, combined with design of an independent hydraulic system, the working table has multiple adjustable speed of 5-25m/min and low vibration characteristics, suitable for various purposes of machining.
High-precision flanged spindle
Each spindle of our company is completely assembled in a temperature-controlled and dust-free workshop. Under such strict production conditions, the spindle is less affected by temperature changes, has low noise and no vibration, and can provide years of service without any problems. This machine uses flange type spindle, with P4 grade precision bevel ball bearing, V3 grade low vibration motor and dynamic balance, it is installed on the machine head base to ensure that the deflection of the spindle is far less than 0.002mm.
Graphical operation panel
The operation panel adopts a fixed design, and the control is completely concentrated on the operation panel, which conforms to ergonomics: the operation panel adopts a graphical design, the functions are clear at a glance, and the operation is easy to learn.
