Main applications:
The horizontal machining center has a compact structure, a wide processing range, and good rigidity and vibration resistance. It can complete milling, boring, drilling, tapping and other processes, mainly suitable for precision machining of concave and convex models and complex cavities and surfaces in the mold industry. It is also suitable for precision machining of small and medium-sized parts in general machinery, automobiles, aerospace, instrumentation, textile machinery and other industries.
Typical applications include precision machining of molds and complex parts of plates, discs, and small housings.
Main structure:
The bed of the machine tool is arranged in an inverted "T" structure, the column moves back and forth, and there are 4 spiral chip conveyors on both sides of the table and the column, which removes the high-temperature iron filings in time and reduces the thermal deformation of the fuselage. It is mainly composed of bed, column, rotary table, spindle, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling system, chip removal device, operation panel and electronic control system.
Each axis defines:
X-axis: the table makes left and right lateral movements along the bed;
Y axis: the main axis moves vertically up and down along the column;
Z-axis: the column makes longitudinal movement along the bed body;
B-axis: the table rotates around the Y axis;
High rigidity and stability:
The base, column, headstock and table are all cast with high-strength cast iron, and optimized by finite element analysis.
It adopts box-shaped multi-rib structure, and the layout is symmetrical design, with excellent rigidity and small thermal deformation.
The feed unit adopts high-precision double-nut ball screws with high DN values to achieve its high speeds.
The lubrication system adopts a quantitative pressurized thin oil lubrication system to regularly and quantitatively lubricate each lead screw, guide rail and other lubrication points.
High precision, high dynamic response:
Imported spindle unit with spindle cooling system is selected.
The three-axis feed motor and the C3 stage ball screw are directly connected with a backlash-free elastic coupling.
The X, Y, Z average axis adopts imported heavy-duty roller linear guide.
High efficiency:
The maximum speed of the spindle can reach 6000rpm, which can realize stepless speed change and forward and reverse rotation, which is suitable for mold processing.
The speed of X-axis speed is 30m/min, the speed of Y-axis is 30m/min, and the speed of Z-axis is 30m/min.
30 disc tool magazines as standard; Optional 40/60 tool chain magazine for short response times and fast tool changes.
Power and torque:
The rated power of the main motor is 15/18.5KW, the maximum speed is 6000rpm, and the rated torque is 143Nm;
Installation conditions
1. Not affected by external vibration.
2. Not affected by corrosive gases.
3. Avoid direct sunlight on the machine.
4. Avoid direct contact with external wind, air and cold and hot air that regulates the temperature.
5. Avoid setting heat sources such as heating near the machine tool.
7. Avoid water leakage and water immersion.
8. Machine tool power supply: 3φ AC380V ±10% ~ +10% 50HZ±1HZ.
